All events require prior approval. No public or ticketed events permitted. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

The following types of private gatherings may be considered. All require advance inquiry and approval.

Space for Your Gathering
Overnight Guests
Up to 22 guests can stay overnight across the main house and three domes.
Parking
On-site parking for up to 50 vehicles. RVs and trailers can be accommodated.
Outside Vendors
Outside vendors (catering, photography, entertainment) may be permitted by prior arrangement. Please include your vendor needs in your inquiry.

All private gatherings require advance approval. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or approval.
No Public Events
Public or ticketed events are not permitted. All gatherings must be private and by invitation only.
Special Pricing
Event pricing differs from standard overnight rates and will be provided upon inquiry approval.
Compliance
Unauthorized events or violations of property rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of deposit.
