We are located just 6 miles from Gilroy Premium Outlets and 10 miles from Gilroy Gardens. The property offers a secluded, private setting while remaining conveniently close to local amenities.

Yes. The estate occupies its own private, gated section of a larger 200-acre property, offering a truly secluded retreat experience away from neighbors and traffic.

Your stay includes the private house and the private, fenced glamping grounds behind it — that is your space to relax and enjoy. The surrounding land is private farmland and open space, kept separate from the guest area for everyone's privacy and comfort. You will still have plenty of room and complete privacy within the estate, and you are just minutes from Gilroy's restaurants, Gilroy Gardens, the wineries, and the outlets.

A minimum stay applies and is shown on the booking calendar when you select your dates. Holiday periods and special events may have different minimums. Contact us for specific date requirements.

You choose your cancellation terms when you book. We offer a standard policy and, on some dates, a discounted non-refundable rate — the exact refund terms and the price of each are shown side by side at checkout before you pay, and the one you pick is the one that applies. Whichever you choose is shown on your reservation afterwards. Event bookings may carry different terms, confirmed with your inquiry.

Yes — the person booking must be at least 25 years old, and must stay at the property for the full reservation. We are not able to host bookings made on behalf of a younger group.

A refundable security hold is placed on your card two days before check-in and released seven days after checkout. It is a hold, not a charge — the exact amount is shown with your total before you pay, and it is separate from the price of the stay. Documented damage beyond normal wear may be charged after your stay.

Up to 28 nights. The estate is licensed for short stays, so a reservation cannot run past 28 nights or roll into a residency, and guests cannot hold over past the agreed check-out.

The grounds have exterior security cameras and noise sensors, which help us keep the estate private and protect it between stays. They are disclosed in the rental agreement you accept at checkout.
